No booking is set until contract has been signed and returned, and non refundable deposit has been received. This deposit is a retainer to hold the date and time of your event. All slots are available to inquiries on a first come, first served basis, so if you intend to book please let me know, and get your contract and deposit sent out as soon as you can.
As long as we remain communicative throughout the process, it should go smoothly. Once I've received the contract and deposit, I will send a screenshot of your event details so you can double check all the info is correct.
Remaining balance will be due day-of, in cash (preferably in a sealed envelope). Please provide payment at least an hour before the end, as artist usually has another event to get to afterward, and this helps to not interrupt the flow of the party later during cake, photos, and time with your guests.
Please also note: there will be a check/card/app surcharge of 10% for all balances not paid on time in cash on day of event.
